Defence Strategy for India in the fast changing world security and warfare scenarios

1. Underground defence establishments. - Underground extensive networks of secret tunnels made by Hamas sprang a surprise for Israel and made them resist a far superior Israeli force for a long time. Maybe a significant number of these tunnels are still in occupation of hamas or other terrorist groups. 

This concept of tunnels can be adopted by India for defensive and offensive purposes. For example these can act as protection during bombing raids by enemy like tube railways were used to protect civilians and others by the British during WW2. 

These can be used in terrorist infested areas of Kashmir to protect our forces and for them to act when and where necessary. These can be used in border areas to reach behind the enemy lines or to attack the advanced enemy from the rear. 

2. The concept of underground defence, drones, missiles, command and control, critical research facilities like that of atomic energy in large and long multiple tunnel networks and large deep underground cities -पताल लोक

These cities can be made like that made by say Iran under the cities, cantonments, secured hilly areas. The technology to make these facilities deep down say 1000meter underground can be sought by various means from various sources. 

Such tunnels can be made even in costal ares extending deep underground the surface of the bottom of the sea to far distances from ses shores , these can have anti ship missiles and torpidoes to sink enemy vessels as these being under the surface of the ses may evade detection from sonar, radar, surveillance planes or satellites. 

India needs to use these not so much new but newly applied extensively systems of using mother Earth as a shield to protect your defensive and offensive assets and capabilities against minor or extra major enemy attacks. 

3. For this India may create a UNDERGROUND FORCE like navy, airforce, army, space force, cyber security force etc. etc.
